M 25 year old fit n fine man..I weight 85kg. But from past 1 years my hair fall have been increase n dry dandruff comes very often.. Kindly suggest any natural remedies tried all shampoos

I'm sorry no natural remedies for this. Use Ketoconozole and zinc pyrithione based shampoo weekly thrice. Minoxidil 5 % foam at bedtime for 5 - 7 months.
