I have dry and dull skin, want to get fairer and even skin, hair fall is also going on, I have tanned skin problem in my hand and back area,I had done smoothing treatment in my hair after that my hair fall is more than previous

Greetings First of all, hair get damaged by cosmetic treatment like smoothening. So, better to avoid in future. Apart from smoothening, there can be many reasons behind hair fall like dandruff, improper diet, hormonal, stress etc. Secondly, for skin; apply good moisturiser regularly. To prevent from tanning, better to use sunscreen regularly. Other tips for healthy skin n hair are to have healthy diet including protein and vitamins like egg white, dairy products,pulses, fruit, green vegetables etc.
