Hair fall and becoming bald

I am having hair fall mainly in the central area, for that, i started using minoxidil , it giving me allergy ( rashes on face and hand) so I stopped it. is there any way I can reduce hair fall.I am using maxepa capsules and CURLZVIT TABLETS
