Hair fall after rebonding

I m 20 yrs old I had my hair rebonded a month back and I m experiencing hair fall of around 20 hair a day I m using loreal x tenso shampoo and conditioner and wella mask and I use mythic oil by loreal regularly I wash my hair very 3 days once Will I go bald ? Can I reverse back to normal hair I m really worried
