I am facing dandruff issue I also lost some of my hair. pls suggest, last I used keto mac shampoo after that dandruff went but after stop using shampoo it came back pls suggest me, I am sick of this

Dandruff is not a disease and can't be cured for a lifetime. It can be kept under control . Please continue the medicated anti dandruff shampoo atleast once a week to keep it under control.

Hi dandruff or seborrhoeic dermatitis can recur again.. it's due to excessive or altered oil gland gland secretion.. it's mediated by androgens or male hormones.. it cannot be cured but can be controlled.. get a direct consultation for proper treatment
