Hair concern
Are natural shampoos without SLS and SLES good to clean scalp and hair. Does clinic plus ruin the scalp and cause hairfall. Since a year I've been experiencing hairfall, Scaling scalp, oily scalp and dandruff with a lot of itching. Now my hair density has reduced quite a lot. Don't know what to do.

The scaling and oily scalp can be because of seborrheic dermatitis. It can increase hair fall too. Treat of hair fall depends on the cause and severity. Need a clear picture for diagnosis. Consult online with pictures

Hello dear. Shampoos with SLS are very good cleansers. In general, shampoos only clean the scalp. They dont cure or control hairfall. Hairfall needs proper evaluation and treatment of the underlying cause. Low density could be due to androgenetic alopecia.
