Hair/Beard issue !

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I have been growing my beard for almost 15months(1yr 3months) now. The beard is around 6-7 inches long. Off late, I have been losing lots of hair, some 20-25 long beard hairs every day. And I feel lots of itching all over body. I have realised that in the past few weeks the Beard hair are not very strong. I don't take any supplements. I eat normal food and no allergies to them whatsoever. Kindly suggest some thing before I leave for sailing( I am in Navy). Forgot to mention I have been losing my hair(scalp) too.
