Hail loss after dengue fever

I got dengue fever 1month back. from that day I am suffering from heavy hair fall, During combing, washing my head, hair fall is countless, might be average of 300+, Whenever i gently touch my head,average of 100's of hairs comes to my hand. Is it common?Are hair comes back after certain time? any treatment required?
