Today morning I had blood in stools and constipation, after that I developed fever,
Right now I injected paracetamol inj and
Taken dolo 650 twice but fever doesn't settled.i always develop fever when there is blood in stools.and I consult doctor he said it is due to infection... After I took antibiotics, i get cured usually.
What antibiotics can I take now or can u give antibiotics or medication for fever. And constipation...

By other treatment you can prolong your problem and the disease will go from 1st degree to 3rd degree.
