Yeah . For Haemophilia PTT, PT, platelet count, and factor VIII and IX assays are shuld be checked. generally in  hemophilia, the PTT is prolonged, but the PT and platelet count are normal.
Next Steps
Do test of - PTT, PT ,CBC and Factor V8th and 9th Factor .
