Haemoglobin and Stomach problem
Gooday to u all. Since last 1 year I am facing stomach issue like mild Diarrhea. I took DSS 225 probiotics powder prescribed by a Gastroenterologist on December 2025. After having that for 20 days my gut health came normal. My stools becamr a bit soft. But after completing the course again the same problem started. Like i do not have loose motions but my stools are diarrhea greasy mode I did a blood test of haemoglobin, SGPT and SGOT PRESENT  Haemoglobin 12.1 on 17.4.26 (and Before 9 months it was 12.8) SGPT 64  SGOT 30 ( on 17.4.26) Please advise ? Related to all these problems Thankyou.
