  4. Haematuria. Type of cancer or infection?

I have visible blood in urine at the end of urine stream for 2-3 times this morning. my penis and pubic area was in persistence pain and irritation. But when I drink  alot of water the blood and pain disappeared. Now only very  little pain is there during urination. I have history of bacterial prostatitis cured one year ago. Is this some type of cancer or infection??? I am very scared.. plz help
