Had fever No saliva

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had a fever in the during the last 2 days but it subsided. But now my mouth feels like there no saliva and only very bubbly substance will come out. I took a few meds like inflammation, anarex and antibiotics. and i keep feeling thirsty as there are no saliva.
