Had custard papay in 17 weeks of pregnan
Hi i had fruit custard in 17 weeks of pregnancy,it had papaya (semi ripe one) i didn't have tothe pieces I removed all the papaya pieces from the custard is there any chances the flavour which might have come from fruit when mixed in custard salad will pose risk?,kindly please tell *i discarded all pieces of papaya but asking about the flavour which might have got mixed.

There are no medical studies to show that role papaya affects pregnancy. This myth comes from the fact that the seeds of raw papaya can cause abortion in very high dose. We are anyway not eating any seeds . Don't take stress . Papaya is good for gut health and relieves constipation. I myself used to eat papaya in my pregnancy.

It is a myth among the villagers that papaya is known to induce abortion You can relax it is safe to eat papaya at any point of time in pregnancy
