Tsh normal ft4 low at 17 weeks
I had thyroid test in first tri where tsh was 2.6 pmol/l(0.3-4.2) ft4 was a bit low 11.6 pmol/l (12-22). No meds prescribed but Doc said to follow up in second tri with a fresh blood work. At 17 weeks got a blood test with tsh again 2.6 but ft4 is low 9.2 pmol/l. Do I need treatment since tsh is normal? Why would the tsh be normal even though ft4 is low.
