Had a UTI, now bruise on groin?

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I’ve been treating a UTI or possible prostatitis for 3 weeks with antibiotics. The UTI symptoms seem gone but sometimes I still get burning urine but not all the time. Lately I’ve noticed a bruise or light brown spot on my groin and don’t recall how I got it. It gives off a dull pain at times. I was wondering what it might be.
