Had a ACL reconstruction surgery in 2013
After surgery had problem with bioscrew, it was pretibial cyst so the screw was removed and problem was resolved, but now after 3 years, the customers has occurred again what should I do.

Your complaints are not clear. After 3 years I feel you wanted to write that COMPLAINTS have occured again... If that is the case, you need to be re evaluated by an Arthroscopy and knee specialist and then treatment had to be decided.
