Habit of holding urine
I generally have habit of holding on urine till last moment and then run to pass out . Sometimes it pains in lower abdomen for holding on so long .
Due to non availability of washroom I have to hold .
For that reason sometime i decrease water intake
What consequences can happen due to it ?
