Nothing much to worry. Just complete your treatment for h.pylori, lifestyle modifications like timely meals, avoid addictions, plenty of fruits and vegetables, plenty of oral fluids 3-4L/day.
If still things don't improve, a physical consultation would be required.
Don't worry about caner/precancer.
