H Pylori infection & few Antral erosion

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I had an endoscopy due to gastritis, and the doctor found few antral erosion and RUT positive. I am on HP kit prescribed for 14 days and the symptoms started subsiding however yesterday 7th day, I had burning sensation and pain again. Is there a reason to worry?
