My wife is pregnant of 1 month.. She Has TSH level 8.2... She never had thyroid problem before.. Please suggest the complications she may go through having baby.. Is it 100% curable without affecting the health of the baby? Please help

Many women develop hypothyroidism during pregnancy.
She needs to be on thyronorm and repeat TSH levels at 6 weeks interval.
Dosage adjustment hv to be done accordingly.
Post delivery after 6 weeks TSH has to be repeated again.
