Gym and hairloss
Hi, Im 21. My dad is bald and hence Im genetically predisposed to balding. Im having hairfall since 6 months. I want to go to the gym to build muscles. Its worth noting that many body builders are bald. Building muscles will increase testosterone which in turn will increase DHT causing more hairfall. How do I solve this problem of going to the gym and stop hairfall/not have hairfall at the same time? Plus at a later stage in gymming I may want to take whey protein. Should I do so?
