I'm 31,my height 5.2,from last few months i gained too much of weight, then i joined to gym and in process of losing weight,but few months im feeling my tummy is always bloated and also with acidity and indigestion issues every then and now, im losing weight but belly remains same ,sometimes i feel embarrassed looks like a
pregnant woman!! Even though i workout and follow my diet, i have to make gut health stronger!! Please help with it
