Visit the dentist to evaluate the problem.
If the gum overgrowth is making eating food really difficult and painful sometimes the dentist can ease things for you by smoothening the opposite tooth.. This can be done even in late pregnancy..
Also some drugs antibiotics and painkillers are definitely safe especially in this last stage of pregnancy.. But u need to visit a dentist for sure..
