Gum issues
Hello Doctor, after eating anything, my one side upper gum feels like its swelled up around teeth or got tight. This happens almost everyday and eventually resolves on its own after few hours. I got NO cavities or calcus/tartar deposit around that section, Don't understand why this happens?

Reason for swelling after eating can be food impaction in that area. Or the tooth may be decayed. Or there may be deposits below the gum level which are not visible in the mouth.
Next Steps
Please visit a dentist for proper examination and investigations. If you'd like, you can book an appointment with us. We'd be happy to treat you.
