Hello Doctor, after eating anything, my one side upper gum feels like its swelled up around teeth or got tight. This happens almost everyday and eventually resolves on its own after few hours. I got NO cavities or calcus/tartar deposit around that section, Don't understand why this happens?

This might be because of root caries or any due to any localised periodontal infection. There can be food impaction underneath.
Try to use floss after Eating.
Reason for swelling after eating can be food impaction in that area. Or the tooth may be decayed. Or there may be deposits below the gum level which are not visible in the mouth.
