Gum bleeding
I have gum bleeding for the past 1 month. Previously used some antibiotics prescribed by ur online doctor. But again I m facing the same problem. I have one baby boy (2 years old). Since my second pregnancy which was with a very little gap with my 1st one, I m facing this issue.Currently no dental cavities. Pls help me with this problem.

It can be because of hormonal imbalance too. You need to do scaling of you teeth done every 6 months by your dentist. If possible, post your clinical pictures of your gums. But generally after 6 months of pregnancy, this problem doesnt happen. But still if you are using any medicine for your any other health problem, please let me know, dont neglect to your bleeding gums. If you will post your clinical pictures , I can tell you in detail

Scaling would lead to a permanent solution. Stolin R toothpaste. Twice a day.after food. Mouthwash : Betadine gargle. 2 ml in mouth directly. Hold for 2-3 minsnd spit out. Don't eat drink or rinse for next 20 minutes and followed by that brush off teeth with tooth paste thoroughly.

Bleeding gums is most commonly caused by calculus deposits... U need a proffesional cleaning for dat. . Only antibiotics wont solve ur problem...

Gum bleeding is most commonly  due to deposits of plaque and calculus  around the teeth near the gum margins. (Assuming you aren't under any medications which increase Gum bleeding) Please get a professional scaling done from a dentist if you arent Staying in the Red zone.
Next Steps
Warm water saline gargling twice a day for 30 days. Ointment Gum Aid - to be topically applied on the gums, twice a day for 1 month, massage this ointment  on the gums and leave it on the gums for 15 minutes, thereafter rinse with water.

Brush twice a day.. make sure that the brushing is efficient to reduce accumulation of food deposits around the teeth.

Bleeding gums is basically due to soft and hard deposits present around the teeth which inflammes your gums make them swollen and hence bleeding starts.
Next Steps
visit a dentist and get  cleaning done and then only antibiotics will do their work more effectively.only antibiotics won't help

Warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day  for at least a week and apply gum paint and twice brushing in a day is must.
