9 years ago i had a severe accedent in which my front two teeth are broken a little bit and now today a tooth near those teeth is having a pain in gum

You could have developed a chronic periapical lesion because of the trauma 9 years ago or it can be just an acute pain in the adjacent tooth. Please visit a dentist to assure if anything is serious. I would suggest one x ray of that region to confirm the diagnosis. Take care!
