Ideally, patients with an eGFR less than 15 should remain in touch with a nephrologist because they may need dialysis soon.
The term "polyuria" is used to describe daily urine amount of more than 3.5 liters; that condition will require the discontinuation of any diuretic, such as Dytor or Lasix tablets.
Repeated urination (frequency) is a different condition that will require investigation for urine infection, obstruction in the urine passage, or overactive bladder due to stroke or Parkinsonism. For high potassium, you will need a specific diet modification, which is a very big chapter.
For these complaints, take direct consultation from a nephrologist.
