Easy and safe way is use of condoms ,as OCPs are not advisable ,once you are sexually active most of the days of month only then it is advisable to have a regular use of OCPs ,also stay away from emergency contraceptive pills as they have a long term impact on menstrual cycle and fertlity,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
