My Mom ,62 year, CKD, hypertension, on dialysis twice a week since 3 years,had type 2 diabetes before dialysis now sugar under control,  her strength to walk has reduced due to weakness in the body, she uses Walker for movement, she is taking Egg whites and regular meals , due to dialysis colour of her feet is turning dark. Her details are : Hb-9.9 , potassium -5, sodium -131, creatinine-7.3, urea-147, uric acid-5.7 Her medication include: - Tab Sevcar -400 mg - Tab amlong-10 mg - Tab Dytor-100 mg - Tab folic acid-5mg - inj EPO-10,000 once a week - inj encicarb-once a month Main concern: 1.Pls prescribe some multi vitamins 2. Why her feet turning dark? 3.Any ointment for her feet as it's turning dark in colour ? 4. Pls suggest any muscle pain ointment? Pls guide!

1. It's better to have multivitamin injection after hemodialysis instead of daily oral multivitamin. eg inj Nefita 1 amp iv post HD 2. Share pic of feet fo better advice 3. Same as above 4. For muscle cramps, try inj carnisure after each hemodialysis.
