Guidance for Covid positive

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I tested positive for Covid. My CT value is 24. I do not have any symptoms (no fever,no cold,no lack of smell or taste, no breathing issue).My oxygen level is fine too. I am in my first trimester pregnancy. Please suggest do I need to visit any doctor or do I need to get my chest CT scan ? I am eating Vitamin C ,folic acid already.
