My wife is 27 week pregnant, on Glucose tolerance test with 75 g of G75 with 2hrs wait sugar level is 218. Is it really concerning? What should we do now? Fasting suger level is-105 Glucose tolerance sugar level of 2hrs - 218 HbA1c level - 5.7

Hello Fasting and prandial sugars are above normal in a pregnant lady.she is having GDM. Follow medical nutrition therapy for 1 week with diet modification and physical activity if tolerable.

Next Steps

after 1 week do FBS and ppbs.if still high need to start insulin.
