Hello My son is 1 month old he makes grunting sounds, breaks his body and looks very stressed or in pain sleep, motion, feeding everything is normal Kindly let me know if he have any health issue that needs attention

That could be because of nose block. U can try putting Nasoclear drops in both nose every two hourly. And get one neonatologist opinion because it's very difficult to make exact diagnosis without seeing
