Growth of new moles on neck and back

Asked for Male, 35 Years

In the past few months, there has been growth of new mole-like formation on my brother's neck and back about 6-7. There is a mild pain when it is pressed. It is not itchy except for a few rare occasions. He is currently taking medicines for swelling of upper Ithophagus and used to have severe stomachaches before starting with the medication. Is it something to be concerned about and should my brother visit a dermatologist?
