Growing no. & size of open pores on face

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Sir/ ma'am I have an oily skin. the number of pores on my face are continuously increasing.also, the size of pores is increasing.at some parts of my face 2 pores have merged into one and it has started to look bad.is it possible to reduce the size of the pores? What capsules/medicine would you recommendable.can warm water be harming my face?
