For the past several months, I’ve been experiencing numbness and tingling in the groin and both glutes, especially after sitting for even short periods (10–20 minutes). The discomfort also extends to the lower legs and feet, mostly as tingling or heaviness.
Symptoms temporarily improve after taking
B12 supplements, but the relief lasts only a few hours. I am currently taking Meganeuron as prescribed by a urologist. No significant pain while walking or standing, but sitting causes discomfort quickly, especially on hard surfaces.
This is interfering with daily life and productivity. I’m wondering if this could be due to nerve compression, irritation (such as pudendal or sciatic nerve), or muscular tightness.
Please advise what this could indicate
