Greying beard..i am only 26

I was taking 4-5 month back karablak tablet but i stoped after taking 10-15 days..that time my 4-5 beard was gray but now around 30 gray beard are there..and it is increasing rapidely..what to do..what should i eat..i don't consume any alcohol,smoking also. please suggest..I have to marry also.i am just 26 yr old..pls
