Grey Hairs

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have lots of grey hairs on my head.Infact,I guess the coverage of grey hair is more than 40%,majorly on the sides.Even my Beard have grey hairs. It started at the young age of around 16 years itself. I apply Color/Mehndi now. My father who died at the age of 41 also had the same problem(Probably not to that extent).What can I do or whom can I consult to further prevent/slow down my problem.(I know ots majorly genetic- I generally do not use gels/creams etc.)
