  4. Grey hair problem. 33 so will it work?

We have 2 bottles one i see as black that's spray and other is white supposed be gel and which one should I buy and google says age should be less than 25 any idea and some says we need to take PABATAB-BZ and any side effects and I am 33 so will it work???
