Greenish stools after every feed

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi , My baby is 5.5 months old. Exclusive breastfeeding baby and he is 6.7kg. Birth weight is 3.2. For the past 10 days he has been passing greenish stools immediately after every feeding. It's like watery consistency. For the last 4 days giving probiotic twice a day & zinc drops once a day. There is no improvement. But the baby is very active and urine output is also more than 10. My doubt here is : it's because of fore Milk and hind milk imbalance (or) due to lactose intolerance? (or) any infection. I kindly request you to help on this please. I am really worried . Thanks in advance
