Green post nasal drip , nose congestion
I have lower jaw pain ,ear pain and swelling for more than 2 months. I have sinus congestion and got amoxicillin antibiotics from Dr. Sinus cleared up and jaw pain, ear pain with swelling persist. Went to an ENT and had an Endo and he said no infection in ear and sinus. Told me to take CT scan to see any infection causing jaw swelling. I went to dentist and seems to be TMJ /tooth crack. That is not a definite answer yet. Dentist is guessing as x-rays are normal. He told me to extract upper wisdom tooth as that might be the reason and I  did extract 2 weeks back.  Still the same symptoms. I am getting green mucus post nasal drip for more than a month and a half now. No cough or running nose. Only post nasal drip through mouth. Green thick discharge once  atleast every hour in the day. Sometimes it will be white discharge. Like alternative times. I have nose congestion too. Does it indicate any ENT issue? Along with jaw and ear pain, i have pain in  side of the neck and very sore.

To rule out if sinuses are infected you have to get a CT scan of the sinuses please visit an Ent and get evaluated. And ultrasound scan to rule out any parotid gland problems should also be done.
