My bAby ad green poop wit blood from last eig t days.Doctor advised stool test occult blood mucous and reducing substance ++++ was found.Doctor suggested neutrolin b.Now e as developed severe ras on face.Blood is still t ere poop is not watery and lig t green now.pls elp

I think by now you must had inform this to your doctor as it needs to be taken seriously. Your child needs to be seen by him. Your child needs further investigation and examination by pediatrician rather than taking opinion online. Blood in stool is abonrmal. He may need antibiotics,stool culture, change of medicine. Needs to see whether he is dehydrated.
