My 3.5 month old baby passing green poop with mucus from last 1 week.
Baby is breastfed.
Does this represents diarrhoea or infection in stomach?

This usually is due to less amount of water intake by mother uh aur due to incomplete emptying of the breast causing increased intake of thin fore milk. Hindmilk contains more fat. So do At least 10 minutes breastfeed. Take two glass of water 20 minutes before expected time of breast feed. Thicken and increase the mother milk by taking spices like jeera saunf methi etc in ur water. Try taking 3 litre of liquid per day.
