I am just 25. I have gray hairs on my head and chest as well. Please suggest me the solution........

It is purely genetic so nothing much can be done. You can try calcium pantothenate orally which is known to reverse or postpone the progression. Topically Melitane 5% spray is available for scalp which should be used for 6 months.
