Grade II minuscus tear posterior side
I suffering from knee pain since last year . When I bend my leg after some while I fell pain when I straight back my leg there occurs some sound  I can't twist my leg this problem is with my left leg .MRI report result in tear with II grade I eat a lot of medicine x ray test either rest 8 weeks . Wearing knee cap their is no improvement. When I do up down in stairs I feel a lot of pain .I m not a athelete not doing some activities that causes tear.only one time before five years I fall on road while I was walking I don't know what is going with this leg I eat a lot of medicine.please suggest me  what to do .
