Dear Sir,
As U r too young & u have grade 3 meniscus tear there must be pain in ur knee and u need to take treatment .please dont wait.
Meniscus are protecting soft cusion inside joint to prevent rubbing between bones .
If it torn then Firist Arthroscopy surgeon shud try to rapair ur meniscus . nowdays even long high grade tear is repairable.
if reapair is not possible then we do partial meniscectomy to make u symptom free.
