Grade 3 placenta maturity
Dear sir /mam, I am 34 weeks pregnant from ivf technique. I had ultrasound on 25-07-2022. Findings were that my placenta was grade 3 in some places and grade 2 in some places. Blood flow was normal.. once placenta starts grade 3 then how much time it can take to turn my placenta completely into grade 3? can my pregnancy sustain throughout 38 weeks that is full term?

Placental maturity to grade 3 is good as per your period of gestation, so don't worry about the pregnancy sustainability. It's the fetal growth what matters most. If your fetal growth is as per your dates, then rest is fine
Next Steps
If dates & sonography are showing discordance in fetal growth i.e fetal growth restriction, then go for Colour Doppler.
Health Tips
Moniter fetal movements properly.

You go by your dates. Not by the gradation of placenta. Let it be assessed by Doctors. The patient can start thinking about the gradation of the placenta if she wants to tell the doctor (in writing) that she wants an immediate Caesarean due to gradation of the and she is responsible for the consequences.

This report is alright. These changes are normal. This just means that your placenta is maturing through your advancing gestation.
