Grade 2 Hiatus hernia

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am suffering from grade 2 Hiatus hernia since 2 month. Light pain throughout day and heavy pain after meal. I am taking Drotin A and Pantoprazole. But , these medicines not too much effective. What is tha permanent solution of hiatus hernia.

Grade 2 Hiatus hernia is usually managed conservatively. Persistent symptoms despite treatment suggest need for reassessment. Focus on weight control, small frequent meals, avoiding late meals, caffeine, and lying down after food. If symptoms remain troublesome, evaluation for anti-reflux surgery (laparoscopic fundoplication) may be considered as a definitive option.
