Grade 2 fatty liver
Hello doctor, my age is 25,iam an heavy alcoholic by past 4 years from age 21 to 25,from this year February I have went rehab for being being quite alcohol, After that for past from February to till July I completely stopped drinking, my question is this year February in rehab centre doctor suggested ultrasound and completely body check up itself, Ecg, echo, Treadmill all fine, serum creatine test fine, liver function test fine, but ultrasound detect grade 2 fatty liver with mild hepatomegaly, My rehab doctor advised me u should completely stopped drinking lifelong and your liver will be completely normal after 4 to 6 months, After rehab I mean from February from now itself I never touched any alcohol I followed healthy lifestyle itself, I regular doing exercise and yoga, but the main question from again my ultrasound no fatty liver I'm completely happy, but liver fibroscan score liver stiffness 10.7,im worried is it liver cirrhosis is it reversible I'm very worried about this.

Fibroscan is better than Sonography to know about liver disease, specially for fibrosis...Fibrosis  is a condition of liver damage, it may reverse if underlying cause is removed / treated ( alcohol in your cases).

Yes liver fibroscan findings are a cause of worry. But it can still reverse. It is reversible.
