Grade 2 Fatty liver, acute stomach pain

Asked for Female, 84 Years

Acute stomach pain from 3-4 days, local doctor has given gas tablets, pain killers as per attached, pain still continues, pain sometimes extends to hip / thighs. Difficulty in standing up, walking, constipation issues also prevalent, but yesterday stomach was emptied after having medicine
